We want you to be able to see the great benefits that come with this membership at an extremely low price. We believe that this membership, considering what benefits are included, is very reasonable, so that anybody can join. So please respect the terms and conditions of this membership.
1. Your membership is only for your school. Please do not share your login information with anyone else.
2. All materials, electronic and paper, are protected under Copyright and Trademark Law and will be closely protected. It is against the law that any one makes illegal copies of our material in any circumstances, and will be prosecuted if occurs.
3. If your membership is cancelled, you must immediately stop using any materials and all advertisement (including website) and educational materials you received as a MAinstructor.com member.
Cancellation Terms
MAinstructor.com full members may cancel membership by written notice sent to MAinstructor.com prior two weeks (14 days) from your first subscribed date in order to avoid the next payment charge. Cancellation may be done by mailing a written notice to MAinstructor.com at Middleton House, Main Street, East Cottingwith, YORK YO42 4TN or email to support@mainstructor.com
Payment Terms
All monthly payments will be automatically charged to the given payment method and a designated account that you have provided to us. Members acknowledge responsibility for maintaining a valid credit card on file with MAinstructor.com. Members will be informed of declined and revoked credit card accounts, and will have three (3) days to provide a valid account.
A £5/$10 service fee will be assessed to the member's account for any scheduled credit card payment that is declined or revoked, and not resolved within three (3) days of notice. After ten (10) days of non-payment, your membership will be cancelled, and you will have to reactivate the MAinstructor.com membership. Member acknowledges that they must immediately stop using any and all advertisement and educational materials received as a MAinstructor.com member.
To reactivate the MAinstructor.com membership, the member should email MAinstructor.com to renew services and pay the standard monthly fee, without any additional or hidden fees.
Privacy Notice
MAinstructor.com respects the privacy of all MAinstructor.com members. We do not, and will not, sell or freely distribute any information about you or your membership account to other parties. However, information about your account is available to Secpay and that organization is solely involved in the day-to-day operations of our billing system.
